Overview
The internal water drum filter is a new type of drum screen filter. It is suitable for separating the impurities (small suspended matter, fiber, distiller's grains, pulp, etc.) in the liquid to the maximum extent to achieve the separation of solid and liquid phases.
The difference between the internal water drum filter and other methods is that the filter medium has a particularly small gap. and the centrifugal force of the screen rotation has a high fluidity at a low water resistance, and the suspended solids are trapped.
The equipment is specially developed for the problems that the existing microfiltration machine is easy to block, easy to break, large maintenance and maintenance workload, and secondary investment. A new type of microfiltration machine developed with the help of foreign excellent technology and developed for China's national conditions, is widely used in various occasions where solidliquid separation is required.
Scope of application
This series of in-water rotary drum filter is suitable for solid-liquid separation of various industrial wastewaters, and can remove fine particles with a diameter of 025mm or more in water. It is suitable for pretreatment of papermaking, tanning, slaughtering, brewing, printing and dyeing, textile, chemical and other sewage treatment, especially suitable for the treatment of papermaking wastewater, and it can be reused in closed loop.

Main structure and equipment features
(1) Main structure
The internal water drum filter is composed of a main component such as a transmission device, an overflow water distribution device, and a flushing water device. The filter mesh is a stainless steel mesh. The filter mesh cylinder adopts a screen made of inverted trapezoidal section stainless steel grid bars, which is firm and reliable, has no clogging, and is corrosion resistant and easy to clean.
(2) Equipment characteristics
1. Simple structure, stable operation, convenient maintenance and long service life.
2. The filtering capacity is large, the efficiency is high, and the recovery rate of micro-suspension of wastewater is more than 80%.
3. Small footprint, low cost, low speed operation, automatic protection, easy to install.

5 .It can be used instead of coarse filter equipment such as mechanical grille.
Working Principle
The working principle is to treat the water from the water pipe into the overflow water distribution device. After a short steady flow, the water outlet evenly overflows and is distributed in the filter filter screen rotating in the opposite direction. The water flow and the inner wall of the filter cartridge produce relative shearing motion. The water efficiency is high, the solid matter is intercepted and separated, tumbling along the spiral guide plate in the cylinder, and discharged from the other end of the filter cartridge. The filtrate flows away from the sink. The machine is equipped with a flushing water pipe outside the filter cylinder, and the flushing water pressure (3kg/cm2) is fan-shaped to flush the dredging filter to ensure that the filter screen always maintains good filtering capacity.

(1) Installation preparation
1.First organize the installation personnel to be familiar with the structure, function and characteristics of the equipment. And pay attention to the descriptions and requirements in all technical materials.
2.Check the equipment for defects.
3.According to the basic structure drawing, the foundation surface is flat, and the reserved hole spacing and vertical deviation are not more than 10 mm.
(2) Description of the installation process
1.After the foundation is installed, the base surface and bolt holes should be cleaned, the anchor bolts should be cleaned with gasoline, the threaded parts should be oiled, and the bolts should be inserted into the bolt holes of the equipment.
2.Lift the equipment on the foundation and carry out the first grouting.
3.Perform machine calibration after the first grout is solidified. The level of the equipment is measured on a rack basis with a frame level with an accuracy of 0.05 mm/m, allowing no more than 0.5 mm/m.
Operation of the equipment
(1) Commissioning
1.Check whether all the solid bolts of the machine body are tightened, whether the transmission gears are properly meshed, whether the drums are abnormal, whether the motor wiring is correct, and whether the filter cylinder drive is light.
2.Start the motor, observe whether the filter cylinder is turning correctly, whether the gear transmission is normal, open the feed valve for 2-4 hours, pay attention to whether there is any abnormality, and whether the rack is stable.
(2) Operating instructions
1.Check whether the sprinkler pipe is unblocked before starting the machine.
2.First start the motor, spray the water pipe valve, and then open the feed valve.
3.When the machine is shut down, close the feed valve and clean the net part before closing the spray pipe and finally turning off the motor.
(3) Control instructions
1.On-site control: start the micro-filter device, the speed will change from slow to fast to the set speed range, and remain stable. If the field speed cannot meet the process requirements of the on-site processing, open the operation panel of the field control cabinet and adjust the panel. The potentiometer is used to adjust the speed.
2.Remote control: In the central control room, the start and stop of the microfiltration machine can be controlled, and the speed control can be adjusted in the control cabinet.

Maintenance
1.Must be used while the device is in normal working condition.
2.The transmission gear is refueled once a week, and the support bearing is refueled once a month.
3.It is recommended to carry out maintenance once a year or so.
