BXH type suction bridge with peripheral drive
Purpose:
BXH peripheral drive sludge scraper is suitable for radial flow sedimentation tanks with large, medium and small tank diameters of central water inlet, peripheral water outlet and central sludge discharge. It is mainly used for sludge suction and discharge in the secondary sedimentation tank of urban sewage treatment plant.
Structure and working principle:
The equipment adopts peripheral transmission. The sewage flows in from the water inlet pipe in the center of the tank. After diffusion through the flow stabilizing cylinder, it flows out evenly to the periphery in a radial shape. The suspended sludge is deposited at the bottom of the tank after sedimentation. The driving device drives the working bridge to rotate along the periphery and drives the scraper arm and scraper to rotate. After scraping and collecting the sludge, the scraper sucks the sludge from the sludge suction pipe to the sludge collection tank by relying on the hydrostatic pressure in the tank and discharges it into the central sludge tank, Then it is discharged out of the tank through the central sludge discharge pipe, and the scum on the water surface is introduced into the slag discharge bucket and discharged out of the tank through the rotary slag skimming device; The supernatant overflows into the outlet tank through the triangular outlet weir plate and is discharged.
