Equipment principle
The rotary drum precision filter is composed of equipment structure module, filter module, driving system, backwashing system and automatic control system.
After the sewage enters the equipment, the automatic control system starts the driving system to drive the drum to rotate, and starts the backwashing system at the same time. Under the action of gravity, the sewage flows out of the drum from the drum, and the suspended solids in the water are intercepted in the drum by the filter screen. The drum rotates slowly, and the backwash pump draws filtered water to backwash the filter screen. The washed dirt falls into the collection tank inside the drum and is discharged outside the equipment through the blowdown pipe.
When sewage enters the equipment, the driving system and backwashing system operate continuously without intermission.
Equipment Composition

② Filter module The
filter module is composed of several independent and removable filter screens, which are made of micron-level diameter 316L stainless steel wire through a special process (different precision filters are selected according to the water quality of the inlet water, and imported and domestic filters are provided at the same time) .
③ Drive system The
drive system is composed of a geared motor, a transmission shaft, and a center bearing.
④ Backwashing system The
backwashing system consists of backwashing pumps, pipes, backwashing water filters, nozzles, collection tanks, and sewage pipes.
⑤ The control system
equipment adopts PLC automatic control system. The PLC control system is installed in the electrical control cabinet and can communicate with the central control room in the factory.

4. Double-ended concentric drum, which has undergone precise coaxiality processing and repeated dynamic balance correction. It aims to prevent the common problem of drum deformation after many years of operation on the market.
5. Based on rich field experience, different precision filters. At the same time, it has reached the three filter core indicators of "high precision", "long life" and "non- decreasing processing capacity".
6. Backwash nozzle system with external main and internal auxiliary. Even in the face of excessive dosing or high SS, it can operate stably, broaden the scope of the equipment's influent water quality, and extend the maintenance cycle of the filter.
7.Humanized electronic control logic. Based on field experience, we have added some user-friendly settings, such as the linkage between the inlet tank level gauge and the bypass solenoid valve. When the inlet tank level is too high, it means that the filter screen flux is attenuated. At this time, the bypass valve is automatically opened. To reduce the risk of filter damage.

According to our experience with municipal sewage, SS in municipal sewage tail water generally presents two
characteristics of "large quantity" and "small particle size", which puts forward requirements for the filtration accuracy of the filter and requires a small pore size.
The small aperture can only guarantee the interception rate, and in the later operation, it is necessary to achieve a long life (strength requirement) and no attenuation of flux (easy to backwash).
