Process description
The original sludge can be added to the corresponding ratio of modifier, wall-breaking agent through the automatic dosing device at the same time to join the modification system, sludge and chemicals early in the modification device mixing and stirring, so that the sludge and chemicals modification reaction based on microbiological and physicochemical principles of the microbial surface of the sludge in my change in the molecular structure of the sludge, resulting in the adsorption of water on the surface of the sludge is difficult to separate the sludge and the sludge inside the cellular water is completely released, in order to improve the performance of the dewatering of the sludge.
