The water first passes through the coarse filter screen to filter out the impurities with large particles. The coarse filter screen is designed to protect the cleaning mechanism from the damage of large particle impurities, and it does not play a filtering role. Then reach the fine filter screen, install a suction scanner in the fine filter screen, the motor drives the suction scanner to make spiral movement, and install a blowdown valve on the end cover in the filter. As the impurity layer is accumulated on the inner side of the fine filter screen, during cleaning, the motor drives the suction scanner to sweep through the inner surface of the fine filter screen, absorb the dirt and impurities, and discharge the filter through the blowdown valve. There is no need to cut off the flow during cleaning.

principle and function:
When the water flows out of the filter, the filter screen gradually accumulates the dirt and impurities in the water, forms the filter cake, and gradually accumulates on the inner surface of the filter screen, resulting in the water pressure difference between the inlet and outlet pipes. When the pressure difference of the filter reaches the preset value of 0.05Mpa, the pressure difference controller transmits the signal to the automatic control box, and the automatic control system enters the backwashing procedure. When the blowdown valve is opened, the automatic cleaning cycle will begin. A strong suction force similar to vacuum negative pressure formed by the pressure drop between the filter internal pressure and atmospheric pressure will be generated between the filter screen, the sewage suction pipe and the sewage suction chamber through the suction scanner to form a sewage suction process. There is a continuous flow of clean water supply. At the same time, the motor drives the cleaning mechanism (stainless steel, polytetrafluoroethylene and nylon) to make axial spiral movement around the filter screen. The combination of axial movement and rotary movement of the suction scanner can completely clean the inner surface of the whole filter screen, but does not contact the filter screen. The whole flushing process takes about 40 seconds to 120 seconds. The blowdown valve is closed at the end of cleaning. The equipment automatically returns to the full filtration state, and the filter starts to wait for the next flushing cycle. According to the requirements for water quality, the suction type has a variety of filtration accuracy (10-3000 microns).
The automatic controller of the self-cleaning filter is a programmable PLC controller. It has the functions of man-machine face-to-face control, Chinese programming and Chinese display. The filter is equipped with differential pressure controller and system integrated controller. The recoil time can be preset by the integrated controller. The controller has manual, differential pressure and time synchronous control. No matter which program reaches the set point, it can start the cleaning program or select continuous cleaning operation. It can display the operation status of the equipment online and reserve the output interface to realize the remote monitoring function. It also has overload protection, and there is a warning signal or corresponding action in case of failure. Therefore, it is very convenient to use.
