Work pricinple:The steel valveless filter mainly uses the siphon principle for regular backwashing. The inlet, outlet, flushing and drainage of the filter do not need valves. The raw water is automatically transported by hydraulic action. The raw water enters the filter through the water pipe, filtered from top to bottom through the filter layer, and then enters the water storage tank. After being filled, it enters the clean water tank through the outlet pipe. The filter layer keeps floating objects, resulting in increased resistance, which promotes the water level in the siphon to rise continuously, When the water level reaches the orifice of the siphon auxiliary pipe, the water will fall from the pipe and take away the siphon falling air through the exhaust pipe. When the vacuum reaches a certain value, siphon will occur and make the water backwash the quick material through the filter layer from bottom to top. When the water surface of the flushing water tank drops to the siphon, the air enters the siphon and destroys the siphon. The backwashing is completed and the filtration is restarted.
